Shipping Information

SHIPPING CUTOFF:  We try out best to ship within 24 hours Mon-Fri where possible.  For best chance of same day shipping, please lodge your order by 11am.  We are located in regional NSW.  Toll Priority is an overnight service to some areas (eg. metro cities) but may take 48 hours to regional centres. Contact us if you need advice on transit time.

NOTE: You can check on postage costs at any time.  Enter your postcode at the product listing page or the Shopping Cart to calculate shipping cost.  You do not need to be logged in or registered to do this so you can know what a potential order will cost to ship before committing to the purchase.
 

Standard Delivery via eParcel

Standard delivery for parcels up to 20kg is generally via eParcel (Australia Post) - this service offers parcel tracking and signature on delivery - all deliveries are fully insured.  

You may provide a "safe drop" instruction (authority to leave without signature) for most parcels but default is signature on delivery.  In almost all cases, you can add or alter delivery instructions via the Australia Post systems (eg. MyPost).

For eParcel deliveries, you will be notified of the consignment number - items can be tracked online here.

Glen Innes (postcode 2370) is outside the next day delivery network for Express Post - we do NOT offer Express Post as it does not speed up delivery in most cases. If you require expedited delivery, then please consider our courier options. We recommend and use eParcel as the best delivery option in most cases.
 

Courier Delivery via Toll Priority (Air) or Toll Ipec (Road) Courier

Expedited delivery is by Toll Priority.  Large or bulky items must be sent by Toll Ipec road courier and is NOT always faster than post to some locations.

These services are courier so you MUST provide a suitable address (PO Boxes are not acceptable) where someone is available to sign. NOTE: If you do not provide an address where parcel can be signed for on delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee which can be expensive.  To avoid this possibility, safe drop instructions may be lodged with courier. (just add a note to your order) By requesting courier delivery, you are agreeing to pay any redelivery fee unless safe drop instructions are provided.
 

Air Express for when you need it in a hurry - for parcels up to 5kg only

Road Express for items that do not fit in a satchel OR larger/heavier shipments.

Air express delivery is via Toll Priority and offers 24-48 hour delivery to most major areas (may take longer to some more remote areas or in some unavoidable circumstances).  Note that this is a satchel service and so is restricted to items that can fit in the satchel.  

Please check with us prior to purchase if you are unsure about which service will be used as not all items can be sent by air.  If you need expedited delivery, it is a good idea to check with us first. Cost is based on priority satchels in 1kg, 3kg and 5kg sizes and ranges from $20 to $55 depending on location.

NOTE: courier deliveries to the Northern Territory and some other very remote locations are charged a surcharge so in these cases, your parcel may be sent by Express Post instead.  If too large to go by air, you will be contacted to discuss before despatch.
