Raytech Adjusta-Vibe 40SS vibe tumbler - bowl capacity is 100 pounds or 45 kg for large scale operations.

This tumbler is designed for heavy duty use for almost any application - whether you are wanting to grind/polish rocks on a larger scale or need to deburr/polish metal parts, this is a versatile machine to suit your needs. 

It has adjustable amplitude so you can tune in the right vibration for your use.  The bowl has a discharge port and drain to allow for flow-through operation,  for easy emptying of media or flushing rocks with water prior to unloading.

The Adjusta-Vibe 40SS can handle any type of tumbling media from ceramic, plastic as well as heavier media such as stainless steel. 

Bowl media capacity is 100 pounds or 45 kg.
Correct voltage motor for the standard Australian power supply and is fitted with a 10 amp Australian 3 pin plug.

The AV-40SS has a heavy duty motor and the 17-inch bowl is equipped with a discharge port for easier unloading. Used to Debur metal stampings and machined parts, descaling metal castings, cutting radii on sharp edges of metal parts, and polishing metal and plastic parts.

The working capacity of the Adjusta-Vibe 40SS is .35 cubic feet, or three gallons (approx 11.5 litres).
This capacity includes both the media and the workpieces. The general rule of thumb is 70% media and 30% parts.
