LAST OF OUR STOCK: wont be able to get any more of these for quite some time and there have been significant supplier price rises so new stock will be more expensive. Have found 3 bases in the shed with minor powder coating damage (see photos of damage on the worst base). Does not affect usage of the tumbler - warranty of motor and parts remains at 12 months but no warranty for powder coating damage disclosed prior to sale. Tumbler will work without problem for ages or if you like, you can sand back and repaint straight away. Get in quick to source a C-series tumbler as supply from Lortone has been challenging and expected to remain so for a while yet.

Suitable for commercial jobs, this versatile tumbler is the C200-12 Rotary Rock Tumbler in the C-Series from Lortone (includes barrels).

Two separate 12-pound barrels double your capacity, and you can use each for different processes:

For metal polishing, use separate barrels for deburring and polishing/buffing.
For rock polishing, use separate barrels for grinding and polishing stages.

This drive uses the newly designed Lortone traction rollers and sealed bearings. The heavy-duty barrels are lined with neoprene rubber for quiet operation. Belt-driven shafts are guided by nylon rollers to assure proper alignment.

The overload protected 1/2 hp motor has the Australian three-prong plug and is 220 Volt to suit the Australian power supply.

Each 12 pound barrel can be used separately or you may choose to add the smaller 6 pound barrels for your smaller batches to make this a really versatile machine for any lapidary or metal-working workshop. All-steel construction means serious commercial production. This tumbler base can also run two x 20 pound barrels or one x 40 pound barrel so you have lots of options.

Lortone quality is backed by a one-year warranty - we dont get much trouble at all with Lortone equipment but you can rest easy knowing that warranty is handled locally by Aussie Sapphire so you dont have to worry about dealing with an overseas company.
